Your Trauma Recovery through
Yoga Therapy and Expressive Arts

ERIN IS YOUR GUIDE TO
HOLISTIC MENTAL RECOVERY

"Welcome! You’ve found where we blend the wisdom of yoga philosophy, simple routines, and expressive arts

to guide you on a transformative journey
to mental health recovery."

- Erin Byron, MA, RP,C-IAYT, YACEP

Hi, I’m Erin Byron

I am a pioneer in the study and practice of yoga therapy for post-traumatic stress. For over 30 years I have applied traditional wisdom in the context of cutting-edge, evidence-informed recovery strategies. The struggle to resolve mental health issues can leave us feeling hopeless. I go beyond the limits of talk therapy by applying a range of research-based strategies.

I write books and offer courses on these topics to help as many people as I can. I’m an events speaker, corporate PD presenter, mental and holistic health trainer/supervisor, and one-on-one support. So far, I’ve trained over 1,000 professionals and worked with so many others. My clients range from those experiencing the most debilitating mental health symptoms to corporate executives.

I believe in making the self-discovery process both transformative and enjoyable. My unique blend of somatic education, neurophysiological expertise, and creativity brings fun and openness to what can often feel like a daunting and isolating journey.

Trauma touches all levels of our being and its impacts can be seen in all realms of life. Research repeatedly shows that yoga practices and philosophy support traumatic stress recovery. As the crisis and reintegration phases happen,
it is time to use the trauma to create a more inspired and vibrant life
than you ever thought possible.
